We carefully wrap every piece in a padded gift box and ship insured mail so that your DreamStonz treasure arrives safely.
If, in the unlikely event you find your purchase is broken when it arrives, the return is free.
Please take a photo of the piece and the packaging upon arrival and email the image to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide applicable return instructions for returning the item at the cost of the shipping service. We will issue a full refund when we receive the return package.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you pay for the cost of shipping the return via insured mail.
Email us right away to describe the problem, then return the unused piece in the gift box wrapped in cushioned packaging via insured mail set for the purchase value.
If we receive the item in unused, new condition with a return postmarked within 14 days of delivery to you, we will issue a refund for the purchase price on the same card used to pay for the piece.
If we receive the item in unused, new condition return postmarked after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery to you, we will issue a code for store credit.
If we receive a returned item that has, in our sole discretion, been used, modified, or broken, we will deduct the cost of repolishing/repairing the piece from your refund or store credit.
